Made to order

As each frame is made from the drawing sent by the customer, please allow 15 to 20 days between your order and receipt of the parcel.

Shipping costs

Delivery is free, whatever the destination: its cost is included in the price of the frame.

Order tracking

A shipping confirmation email, with a tracking number, is sent to you as soon as the parcel leaves our partner workshop.

Customs duties and taxes

For deliveries within the European Union, the price displayed is the final price: no additional charges will be requested from you on receipt.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may be charged on receipt and are payable by the customer; Memora can neither estimate them nor cover them.

Lost or damaged parcel

If a parcel is lost, or visibly damaged on delivery, write to us at contact@memoracadres.com. We will follow up with the carrier and, if necessary, replace the frame at our expense.

If the parcel reaches you damaged, keep the packaging and photograph it: this speeds up the claim with the carrier.
